Exchanges are allowed within the 30-day return window. Please specify the item you would like in exchange and send back the original item following our return procedure.

Please be aware that shipping costs are non-refundable. If you received a free shipping promotion, this will be deducted from your refund amount.

Gift cards and final sale items are non-refundable. Please check the product page carefully to understand the terms and conditions of sale.

Returns must be sent with a tracking number to ensure delivery. We are not liable for any lost shipments without tracking information.
